Gallary duh

I have realised a very common struggle I have experienced and witnessed amongst other people that transcends community, demographic, occupation, and age: not recognizing your wins. We never feel like we are doing enough despite exceeding our expectations. We compare ourselves to others constantly, which has always been said to steal our joy. A while back, I found a quote that challenged me. It said, "Museum of failure or gallery of trying?" I thought in my head how I constantly envision my gallery of failure. The losses are huge, but my accomplishments feel insignificant. Or I don't even notice all the work I have been putting in. So I thought, how can I bring this habit to life? PHOTOS! I created an album in my phone called gallery of trying. And when I am making a decision that brings me closer to a goal, I take a picture of me in the action. Try this. Then, when you are in one of your pity parties, which happens to the best of us, go to your reassuring album and pull yourself out of that funk.
