Beyond the Noise

There’s been a noticeable shift in the cultural landscape especially online. For over a year now, hustle culture and mass content creation have flooded our feeds, often blurring the line between guidance and noise. We’re living in a time where visibility is mistaken for credibility, and having a mic is seen as enough reason to speak. But not every voice deserves amplification.

Advice should be earned not assumed. We should be listening to people who exhibit consistency, integrity, and growth, those who reflect the life, values, and self-awareness they preach. Just because someone has a platform doesn’t mean they have purpose.

There’s a popular saying: “Your diet isn’t just what you eat, it’s what you watch, who you follow, and what you give your attention to.” In that spirit, I’ve become more intentional with who I learn from and absorb energy from. These are the people whose voices I trust. They’ve taught me how to be bolder, more informed, and more aligned with the kind of life I want to live and the kind of world I want to help shape.

This list is not just about admiration, it's about alignment. If you want to be a better advocate, start by listening to the people you claim to stand beside. If you're committed to growth, be intentional with who you give your attention to. These are the voices I’m proud to learn from and here’s why.
